The crusher’s highly abrasive, resistant jaws and unique patent-pending crushing mechanism effortlessly crushes up to 6 tonnes of rubble an hour. With performance that is comparable to bigger crushers, its compact size makes it a more manageable and approachable machine.

Designed to be environmentally, cost and time efficient, crushed concrete reduces the required skip space, it can also remove the need for a skip altogether. The resulting crushed rubble is perfect hardcore size, removing any waste, and the cost associated with disposing of waste and purchasing new hardcore. 
Powered by the new Vanguard 400 EFI/ETC, 14HP petrol engine, it includes a fully integrated cyclonic air filtration system which is ideal for the work environment of this machine. 

The engine’s maintenance intervals are double the industry standard offering a lower total cost of ownership. 

It also features Vanguard’s patented TransportGuard system which eliminates the number one hire equipment return challenge of oil and fuel dilution.

Simple controls make the CR300 Crusher easy to operate. It’s easy to switch from crush to track allowing you to complete the job faster.

Built in safety features disable crushing automatically while the machine is mobile. Simply switch back to crush when you are in the next location.

All terrain tracks allow the CR300 Crusher to be used in most conditions on any building site or home based project.

For ease of transport the CR300 Crusher will fit in small trailers, 4x4 bucks and most vans, with a weight of less than 725kg, it is under most payload limits too. 

The CR300 Crusher’s 700mm width means it will fit through a standard household doorway or small garden gate, and its short length allows access around tight corners.
