The smallest in the range of screeners, this compact, general-purpose machine, comes with a high-performance Single Deck Screen Box, for screening Topsoil & Aggregates. The Screener is fitted to a Car Trailer Chassis with unladen weight of only 3,280KG, allowing it to be towed by any 4×4 Vehicle with Towing Capacity of 3,500KG.
Running on a 2 axle trailer chassis, 195/60 R12C wheels, trailer braking and LED road lights.
Working operations, powered by self-contained engine and hydraulics.
Material is fed directly onto the loading area of the screening deck and processed, splitting the material into Oversize & Fines, coming off 2 conveyors.
This is a forward-facing deck (1m x 2.2m) that is easily setup & can be adapted (with different size screen mesh) for a variety of applications in recycling, demolition, crushed stone, sand & gravel, soil & compost.
