A 35-year commitment to provide the best in service and support has been the catalyst for a family-owned and operated machinery company to successfully become one of the country’s premier construction and agricultural businesses.

Now Australian Hammer Supplies, which is a family owned and run company specialising in sales, parts and service of Kubota Construction and Agricultural Machinery and Hydraulic Hammers, is further expanding its services by growing its in-field service and support infrastructure.

The company is based in a purpose-built head office in Ingleburn that is now supported by four NSW and ACT branches, each with a dedicated sales team and specialist technicians.

The branches are boosted by a fleet of eight mobile service vehicles to carry out maintenance and repairs on-site.

It also operates a fleet of delivery vehicles — including four tilt trays and a float trailer — to deliver new and used equipment.

These are backed by an expansive parts department that can ship orders directly to the customer’s organisation or home.

Behind this support is Australian Hammer Supplies’ dedicated and knowledgeable sales team that can offer customers informed purchase decisions through the right guidance and support.

It also gives clients extensive after care service and genuine parts to protect their investment, backed by a warranty of all genuine equipment and attachments.

The company said that his level of investment in the business and in its customers has been behind its growth and in its mission to become the east coast’s most successful construction and agricultural equipment machinery company.

AHS was established in 1989 as a sales and service company for Kubota Equipment and Hydraulic Hammers. In 1993 Australian Hammer Supplies became the Australian distributor for Teledyne/Toku Hydraulic Rock Breakers, which is now under the importation of Kubota Tractors Australia.

AHS now stocks a wide range of Kubota machinery including Kubota ride-on lawn mowers, compact tractors, utility vehicles, agricultural tractors and excavators.

It also sells and supports the Toku Hydraulic Rock Breaker range with a large range of new and used equipment and attachments.

It has become a market leader in all classes of excavator that it represents, from one-tonne through to eight-tonne, along with the full range of attachments for any operation such as hydraulic breakers to suit excavators from one-tonne right up to 50-tonne.

AHS then supports customers with the availability of Kubota business finance that is available across the whole line with competitive interest rates.

It isn’t only a one-way street. AHS has been rewarded by its customers by winning the NSW 5-Star Kubota dealer award because of its dedicated customer service in Kubota Construction and Agricultural Machinery. It backs Kubota because it said it is the world’s premier mini excavator seller and Australia’s leading supplier of agriculture, construction and power equipment.

Kubota also has an extensive product range renowned for its high performance, durability and reliability which is backed with immediate access to substantial spare parts inventory nationwide.
