Use to rip old piping or even tree roots from the ground. The tips of the rippers feature replaceable hardened steel teeth which resist wear and ensure your machine continues to perform with years of hard work.  Ripping soils helps to loosen the ground prior to exaction with a bucket. Breaking up hard soils helps to allow water to drain and also promotes oxygen entry and therefore plant and tree growth.
